The objective is to increase the company’s turnover and profitability by an X-factor within the next 2-5 years, based on existing figures and current market developments/potential.
It is your focus to:
- Develop and implement a multi-year sales and marketing plan
- Create and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns
- Further expand the main customer groups
- Ensure optimal customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction (8+)
- Manage and optimize the operational processes and related automation (in collaboration with the parent organization)
- Manage and expand the internal organization, attracting new staff
Who are you
We are looking for…
an energetic, positive person who has proven commercial success in a small to medium sized business. This does not necessarily have to be as an entrepreneur, but as a leader and/or person with ultimate responsibility with decision-making power.
Required knowledge and experience:
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, of which several years as commercial manager
- Proficient in online marketing
- Broad affinity with automation
- Fluent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- In possession of driving license B and own transport
